Gancia Cuvée 36 Mesi Brut 2010

544367.jpgProduced with the assembly of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, the wine, made from a soft pressing and a partial fermentation in barrels, is stored in steel containers until the time of preparation of the cuvée . The sparkling follows the canons of the classic method, with a duration of fermentation in the bottle for about 40 days and post rest in the cellar for thirty-six months.

Gancia is characterized by a golden yellow color, the nose offers intense sensations of ripe fruits, with notes of vanilla and aromas of yeast, and the palate is enhanced with sour and creamy components, accompanying intense and persistent finish version.

Ideally sparkling wine to tapas and antipasti, clams, mussels, scallops and oysters or lean fish.
