Not very appreciated for a long time, tea-based cocktails were very popular in the early 18th century, mostly you could find a combination of alcohol and tea in punches, one of them is English Milk Punch, which takes about three days to be made.
Tea cocktails are energy boosters, are incredibly refreshing and easy to be made because you can do the prep work beforehand.
So after you’re done with your next iced tea, it may be the time to become more curious with what bitters and spices can do to it.
