Already in 1808 a distant ancestor of the Chapoutier family began acquiring the first vineyards in the Rhone Valley. Today Michel has always been passionate about wine and later self-taught, leads the company with the biodynamic philosophy, trying to respect his land, to enhance it and bring it into the glass. His fortitude and his conviction led him to “export” this philosophy also in other continents. Michel fact, also produces wine in Australia and the United States, but also bought vineyards in Alsace and Portugal. However, the call of home was always strong, and thanks to the thriving business of negociant was able to invest a lot of resources in the development of the family Domaine in the Rhone valley.
Grape: Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc

Color: Pale yellow and limpid.
Bouquet: Ripe citrus notes, green apple notes, apricot notes, light herb notes.
Taste: Medium bodied, intense and persistent, fresh and well-balanced, lot of fatness and lengt.
Ideally wine tofatty fish, chicken, turkey, clams, mussles, scallops and oysters or soups.
