Dill Or No Dill

Glass: Cocktail coupe
Method: Shake and strain
Garnish: Sprig of dill

5 cl Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
2,5 cl Lemon Juice
1,75 cl Elderflower Syrup
2 cl Cucumber Water
2 pieces Sprig of Dill
1 pinch Smoked Salt

Pour Tanqueray No. Ten Gin into the shaker, then add lemon juice, elderflower syrup, cucumber water, dill and smoked salt to the shaker. Shake until cold and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with dill.
