Fall cocktails are packed with flavor, color and spice and probably make the darker evenings more bearable.
Quinces are crisp, sweet, delicious and it makes perfect sense to dunk them in our drinks. But while sipping on a cocktail to welcome autumn is a prerequisite, bartenders are shaking things up by developing thirst-quenching concoctions featuring this seasonal favorite. Eviva!

Glass: White wine
Method: Shake and double strain
Garnish: Cinnamon stick with quince zest, anise and grape berries
3 cl Tsipouro (without anise)
2 cl Metaxa 5 *
9 cl apple juice
2 cl Sparkling Wine Zitsa
3 Bar Spoon Quince jam
Combine all the ingredients in the shaker, except the sparkling wine. Shake vigorously. Add sparkling wine and strain in a white wine glass over. Garnish with Cinnamon stick with quince zest, anise and grape berries.
