Italian 57 was the winner of the 2011 Disaronno Mixing Star Competition and it was created by Chicago bartender Debbi Peek. It is a very aromatic cocktail, with a perfect balance of sweetness, with low acidity and herbal notes. First sip comes with notes of almonds and blood orange followed by marmalade and lemon.
